Many of you are probably familiar with my dog, Finse.

Since then, I got to name the Viking Sea in Greenwich in London a few years ago.

She's also recently been given the honor we've named the Finse Terrace.

The expedition ships on the Viking Octantis and the Viking Polaris after Finse.

But I thought you might be interested in knowing where Finse gets her name from.

So, Finse and I are right now on the Finse Plateau in Norway.

It's the highest point between Oslo and Bergen.

It's a particularly beautiful plateau.

It's very peaceful, as you might hear.

And it's a beautiful place close to my heart.

And when Finse was given to me, I thought I should name her after a favorite place and a quiet and calm place.

And I'm very happy to say Finse has become the most quiet, calm, beautiful dog. and I think she does her name justice.

And it's lovely to be on Finse.

So with Finse enjoying a spectacular day while our expedition team are doing some guide training up here in the mountains.

So that's just a little bit of explanation behind both Finse - the dog, where she gets her name from, and where the Finse Terrace on our expedition ships get their names from.
