The Promotion only applies to bookings that are accepted by Viking River Cruises UK Limited (“Viking”) between 1 November 2025 and 30 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Bookings will only be regarded as accepted by Viking upon (1) payment of the £25 per person deposit and (2) the issue of Viking’s Confirmation Invoice and/or an ATOL Certificate in respect of the relevant booking.
The balance of the total price of the travel arrangements booked with the benefit of the Promotion is payable 120 days prior to the date of departure.
The Promotion does not apply to bookings with a date of departure within 120 days of date of acceptance of the booking and in such circumstances Viking’s standard Booking Conditions will apply.
The Promotion does not apply to cruises marketed by Viking as "World Cruises" or "World Voyages", or "World Discoveries".
