Digital Marketing Executive

Applicants need to have the right to work and reside in the UK. The role is partly office-based and applicants should live within commuting distance from the office (Wimbledon Parkside, Greater London).

Key Elements:

The purpose of the role is to contribute to the development of the annual UK marketing plans, manage individual digital marketing campaigns and project requirements on a day-to-day basis, and manage the creative production of digital marketing material.

The role will focus on email marketing and analysis, and will also involve search advertising, online display advertising, and website content management.

In addition, you will continuously drive to improve acquisition across all channels and member communications in terms of brand, message, process, communication effectiveness and cost. You will also manage multiple product campaigns and project budgets in line with overall monthly budgets.

Key Tasks:

  • Management of digital marketing campaigns including email, search and display
  • Copywriting, editing and proof reading
  • Contributing to the integrated marketing planning activities
  • Use analytics to evaluate success, reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Sourcing and building components for email and online advertising campaigns to grow web traffic and sales
  • Maintaining a clear understanding of customer needs and analyse the competitive environment to devise appropriate propositions
  • Staying on top of all digital marketing trends and using innovation to constantly improve and grow the business

The role reports to the Digital Marketing Consultant, and the Online Marketing Team is responsible for developing and implementing all online marketing and media campaigns to existing and new UK audiences to drive customer sales and increase online and business presence.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ digital marketing experience
  • Degree in Marketing/related discipline (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practice
  • Experience using email broadcast tools (Essential)
  • Familiar with online advertising: display, social, search
  • Familiar with website analytics e.g., Google Analytics
  • Experience in managing high volume, results-driven digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience of taking clear briefs for online projects, working with internal or external project teams, and managing them though to execution and launch in a timely fashion
  • Experience and knowledge of using Photoshop (Desirable)


  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Good at understanding and analysing relevant response data and reporting back information
  • Good creative skills with a keen eye for design
  • Good communicator
